Are you passionate about HR master data, processes and genuinely interested in technology? We are looking for proactive and organized Manager, HR Systems & Processes to join our group HR team. In this role you will be responsible for overall HR IT landscape, and especially for our group wide HR information system (HRIS), making sure that the overall functionality and development activities in the system are according to expectations. You will work in various projects and closely together with local HR, HR process owners and IT, where you contribute with you expertise within the HRIS field to deliver and implement sufficient processes in our HR system.

This is a fixed term parental leave substitute position of approximately 1,5 years and located in our modern head office in Vuosaari, Helsinki.

Responsibilities of the role:
• You are the first point of contact with the HRIS supplier, responsible for the daily activities in relation to the system as well as the development of the system on long term.
• As the HRIS super user you assure that different user groups have sufficient information and skills to efficiently use the system. You conduct trainings and create supporting material (user guides and instructions) in relation to the HR processes in the system and overall usage.
• In this role you are also responsible for the group wide HR reporting
• You are responsible for global HR master data setup and development of HR analytics and dashboards for reporting key HR metrics. You are the first point of contact regarding group level HR reporting and give input to various group level reporting initiatives (e.g. finance, sustainability, annual reporting) and projects.
As an internal consultant you have the latest know-how and knowledge of the best practice regarding HR process workflows, HR master data management and integrations to other supporting systems and processes.

What we appreciate:
• 3-5 years of experience within HR field and especially process development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Understanding and experience of HR systems, digital and technological HR process implementation and some knowledge of IT architecture and integrations
• Proactive and goal-focused attitude to work with excellent problem solving skills
• Exceptional attention to details, accuracy and good documentation skills
• Great interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Fluent written and spoken English (other Paulig group languages especially Swedish and Finnish are seen as an asset)

We are looking for a person with an analytical and logical mindset – your task will be to understand the business needs and translate them into sufficient technical solutions/HR workflows. You are a hands-on person, take initiative to develop our HR system even further and passionate about master data and HR metrics with genuine interest in technology.

This position requires some traveling in Northern Europe and it reports to the Head of HR Center of Excellence.
